Why not? Can you imagine if you lose your job which pays $1.25 million + performance bonus? The salary will compensate his loss in fall of share value. 20 million shares is enough to secure his job. (NB, 20 million @ say 10 cts is only $2 million). More action to come on Monday. Good luck.

Mr Lim Teck Chuan, Chairman of another listed SGX company, bought 4,500,000 shares for totally about 1.05 million on 14 Dec 2015. Total shares holding 28,400,000, almost same as Joseph Ang, Chairman of Natural Cool. |
