x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Iskandar project under Najib Govt. The construction of RTS and HSR were hot issues and went into limbo after Mahathir pulled handbrake on both issues. Now RTS works already commenced and the hospital is barely 2 km away from the station. The entire area surrounding the hospital is seeing massive construction of condominiums. TM is taking prudent approach to time completion of the hospital only after the RTS is completed. And that is sometime between 2024-2026. Right now, the hospital upgrading in Damansara is completed. They?ll be opening up the hospital beds in phases from 2nd half of this year. It?ll double the revenue stream and profitability. But these would not be interested if TM is still a penny stock counter. More interestingly, our Singapore Govt may even allow use of Medisave for procedures done in TM linked hospitals in JB and KL in future. Push up TM shares to 30 cents and invite some big funds to take up shares in TM at a discount, say 20 cents. The total number of shares will have a diluting effect definitely. But it also means PL?s share percentage will go down and he doesn?t have to make an offer to take TM private. And after this, TM will consolidate the shares , so that each share will be, $2.50 maybe.
