News no longer excites investors, a lot of dubious claims, no real results nor tangible cash earnings to back it up. Always boast about mega deals and figures that are irrelevant trying to mislead. How many billions customers, how many trillion market. There are no futher followup on their annoucement after the initial boast. Remember they said last year they are trying to sell some of their AFS investment to prove that it is marked to market at fairvalue? No update? i suspect this new auditor wont sign off their accounts also. This franchise for equity model is just to dogey. What good company will issue equity jus to use someones elses internet platform. These company cant be worth that much right? Must be some nee start up at africa countries that got no cash. So how can their afs be valued at over 100mios.

What value can this franchisor bring when they themselves don't have a proven and successful business, just concepts. Couldn't you outsource to some IT firm to develop for you? Wouldn't you pay to represent big and established names. How is this untried and untested model going to compete with Tao Bao, Tencent, Amazon, Facebook etc. Imagine them going against the giants in China for e-com biz. What a joke.
