If US Govt endorses and there are other incentives/plays, this one could possibly be targetted by a big pharma for takeover. If so, long term investors huat (depend on the pricing). Just a little day dreaming  .

PROPOSED PLACEMENT TO RAISE GROSS PROCEEDS OF NO LESS THAN S$6,000,000 &ndash RESULTS OF PROPOSED PLACEMENT 1. INTRODUCTION 1.1. The Board of Directors of iX Biopharma Ltd. (the &ldquo Company&rdquo and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) (the &ldquo Board&rdquo or the &ldquo Directors&rdquo ) refers to its announcement dated 12 February 2026 in relation to the entry into a placement agreement with Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (&ldquo Launch Announcement&rdquo ). 1.2. Further to the Launch Announcement, the Company wishes to announce that the Placement Agent, in consultation with the Company, has closed the book of orders for the Proposed Placement on 13 February 2026. 1.4.
