This year before announcment with Keppel still got 20+ cents done for Semb Marine and then goes all the way down to _____ cents.

U need people to pump in cash in their company. Sold at $0.80 just before rights issue announcement. Once in awhile check price only. Was waiting for at least $1.50 so loss is 50%. Realised share price ding dong from $0.75 to $0.80 for long time and not likely go up to $1.50. So I sold and lost $2.2K. Relief only bot 1 lot

Instead, they issued huge discount rights asking existing shareholders for money. If nobody subscribe the rights, Temasek will take them allm, basically buying over SMM at lelong price. The bigger winner is Temasek. This is another company similar to Hyflux. The only difference is that SMM has yet file for bankcruptcy.
