1 is C right Date....

1 is Ex right Date...

1 is Right added to mother Share Date...

How do you ensure the last date stay above 10 cents when you had already apply for rights?

 Alert Admin 		Similar clause appear in the rights issue last year. I am not sure but foreign shareholders and foreign funds could be handled differently.

 Alert Admin 		Last Friday should be a happy day for every sharehoders since finally SCM is talking to KOM on merging. However, the right issue changes the story. Do you guys really believe the merging with KOM will help SCM? Can you help me clarify the following doubts?

1. Do you think SCM is forced to buy KOM? what is the benefit for SCM to do so under the current situation? A company running out of cash to buy another bad asset with same issue? just to make it biger and eliminate competitor?
2. What KOM can help SCM after merging? the valuable asset is excluded from this merge. 
3. there is rumor that SCM is short of manpower to fuifill its obligation of delivering on time. with this merge, all skilled worker from KOM can be used for SCM?

Asked my frenz cut 150-180 lots and keep 20-50 some to apply rights and excess....he cut all at 151 ....he may buy back little 10-20 if still keen before xr....and apply more excess rights...to me since he cut all..then move on and forget smm ...too many shares..I don't lik

It puzzles me even more as to why DBS set the exercise price 60% below the market price. I have never seen this in history that exercise price be set below 50%, let alone 60%.  Alert Admin 		Therefore it means the lower than 8cts doesn' t make sense for this exercise? and Temasek and DBS to buy from the market instead of rights issue as many shortist won' t short below that

So between 8cts to $0.139, how many weak hands and contra sellers left after last Friday 1 billion sell off? there are many who owns 0.19 to .20 cts, will they sell to the shortest next Monday?

I believe that shortist will have to buy back to make money? if nobody wants sell below $0.139, when autions starts it will rebound?

Currently with 0.08cts rights of 3 new shares for owning 2 existing and with an example no one subscribed?

Temasek avg price per share in SMM would be $0.20 x 2 +$0.08 x 3 = avg $12.8cts per shares? they will become the major share holder of SMM while DBS with buy the balance of the 33% rights that is not subscribe to become the 2nd biggest shareholder?

Therefore with an avg cost of 12.8cts, would they want to see their cost erode below that especially  when they have to do reporting?

WiIl the selldown go below 12.8cts?

 Alert Admin 		Can anyone help calculate how much the avg price temasek owns including FOC shares from KC may tell us where could be bottom?

If the world is spending so much $$$ on Green Energy, isn' t Keppel O & M + SMM = to better future for them? If SMM is another Hyflux, why would Temasek bother to do all these?

What' s my Rights entitlement?
Do I need to pay for the Rights?
Can I sell away all my Rights in the open market?

 Alert Admin 		Temassek is looking long term. They can't divest easily anyway but if they see through this reform they have a high chance will earn big return due to huge potential. as they will mob up cheap shares at 8 cents and they also benefitted from higher share price from SCI and KC in near term
