Ya, agreed that now it is a quite a good price to enter. Now is like: almost rock bottom and waiting for the price to recover. If not for the current China Market, this stock will have done better.

If plenty of money, reserve for working on the newly awarded contracts, then pay dividends when overall operations give good profits would be a better idea.

Then if calculated that there are more than enough to run all operations and new contracts, use some spare to buy back some shares for the treasury account when later can give out even as dividends or staff bonuses. 

Ezra if properly managed with good fortune coming to it, will go back to $1 in shorter time, lol.

I think very good news as they will not be bothered by Notes.  Some are worried on the Notes few months back.

In a sense, it should be a good news?

Since they are able to receive 225mils in cash, because of their " fix deposit" with HSBC. Going with their upcoming new project, this cash will be put into good use.

EZRA Holdings' subsea services division EMAS AMC has finalised a contract with BHP Billiton for the Angostura phase 3 development project in offshore Trinidad and Tobago.

Ezra provided no details on the value of the contract but said the scope of work involves project management, fabrication, construction and installation of 12-inch flowlines along with a complete subsea package.

Engineering and procurement are currently under way from EMAS AMC' s Houston office with fabrication of the subsea structures and stalking and spooling of flowlines to be carried out at EMAS Marine Base facility in Ingleside, Texas. Offshore execution is scheduled for mid-2016, which will utilise the Lewek Express subsea construction and reel lay vessel.

Ezra recently announced that it signed a binding memorandum of understanding for Chiyoda Corp to invest in its subsea services unit to form 50:50 joint venture EMAS CHIYODA Subsea.
