More than a dozen of unsold vessels in an oversupplied market.  Downside: Potential heavy write down inventory, receivables impairment and more cancellation of contracts. Upside: Chartering contracts signed. OPEC freeze oil production in June meeting, oil up NC up. Chance and impact of downside greater.
