So if anything happens from now till 8th Jun, u cant access to sell. And excess rights are given to ppl who held stocks before 5th May. So if they dunno abt this exercise(old ppl esp), or if they have no more cash or simply just cannot be bothered, they can trade in the secondary market. The last quarter wipe out the entire profit and make a net loss of $212 million. This means it lost $732 million in a period January to March. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	There are a few reasons proposed 1) The retail shareholders /investors do not want to / do not HAVE additional cash to pay for the right shares conversion for each additinal right he is given as they worry of further depreciation so they rather sell now (which is still a bad bad timing to sell at such terrible price) 2) BBs are forcing the owners of the right shares to sell low to them by keep shorting it down to create phobia of holding it. Imagine if i never own any SIA shares, I can collect the shares much lower than any others if I buy right shares . Dilution on 8 June is another prediction scenario but given all the dilutional effect is calculated they set up the TERP where the current price is even lower than it now. The impact of dilution shares could still happen at a lower level.
