Recurring passive income - Greenlight & Take (Other income), Frame (Equipment Leasing) Simplex - not juz acquiring assets. This is not normal trading company but creative company. Main thing is recruitment of another talented producer Lim Ji Young. Potentially another  Eugene Lee (who produces many tip top films for spackman).   Coffee shops - not significant at all Negotiation for strategic investors? Recent economic downturn, trade war and K-pop ban in China affects this prospects. Management never promised anything before and always have warned " may or may not" materalised. Moving forward this is going to improve due to unfavourable factors mentioned in point 1 receding Contribution from Crazy Romance - updated in company website (daily) and company announcement e.g. breakeven point (which again  criticised  by critics for updating) and also mentioned in pg 15 & 16 of the quarter updates. If you want to know the estimated profit, you can always work it out using the formula provide in the annual report. Losses from Simplex - The movie production cost was already incurred by simplex before spackman acqusition. Therefore, there are no additional losses. Fair point is whether there will be goodwill impairment for the US$3m paid for the company. Once again this is unlikely as amount paid is mainly to recruit the talented producer (mentioned above). Management says undervalued stocks but continue swapping - this is a question of chicken and egg. Management need to take risks for more acquistion to grow and raise stock price. At the same time, they need to do swapping (because issusing rights shares are not preferred) to do take these risks. Conclusion, it can never be the case of do nothing and the share price raise by itself. CEO sold all his shares - I do not question this new CEO' s decision. He may have other debts that he needs to urgently pay off which he doesn' t want to publicly disclose? Contribution from Simplex - like any other production house. Capacity for more quality movies from a experience producer. More producers means more movies every year, as simple as that. SGX, auditors, independent directors, Korean banks (which lend them loans) and other regulators (both Korea and SG) did not brand them as such. They are the ones with all the records and evidences (if any) such as shares transfer registry, unrestricted access to internal documents and they have the authority to take actions.
