Still have many counter check your own.

Call your remiser to see if they can allow you to sell your shares instead of being force sell. No harm asking right?

Share placements in penny stocks usually comes with bigger discount but this case its only 10% off the last traded price at 0.0478. Expecting a strong upswing later
