I believe that oceanus will fall into a category of such companies that they will be looking for. Everything seems to be poiting towards a promising outlook for oceanus. If a deal is worked out, there could be strategic investors with possible collaboration and business turnaround. Today it seems that the insiders are really buying in big time and accumulating. Watch the volume and price action!
