Few days ago, CNMC had received stop work order from the malaysia authorities.. It was mentioned that this stop work order is due to the mining extension discussion that is ongoing.. However, the malaysia authorities lifted the stop work order soon after, even though there is no conclusion regarding this mining license extension.. So i have 2 questions.. 1st question: Is this a standard procedure for stop work order to be issued? because it seems that CNMC are caught unprepared by this order.. 2nd question: Is it really due to mining extension issue that the malaysia authorities had therefore issued the stop work order? because if it really is due to this issue, then there should already be conclusive news regarding the mining license..  This stop work order had caused unnecessary share price fluctuation as it resulted in uncertainty.. It gives the impression that the malaysia authorities can issue stop work order anytime they like at their mercy.. As a law-abiding organisation, we complied when we received the stop-work notice, which was issued by the Kelantan State Lands and Mines Office in relation to our application for large-scale operation status at Sokor.   We are mindful of the concerns you raised and would like to assure you that CNMC has always been working closely with the relevant authorities in Kelantan to ensure the smooth running of our Sokor project and that any disruption to operations is minimized. The company has legal means to ascertain the validity of any claim or challenge that might arise in the ordinary course of business.   We thank you for your support as a shareholder and will continue to keep all shareholders and investors updated of any further developments on this matter. It is strikingly similar to CNMC goldmine. Someone is controlling both stocks in synchronization. You can see the sudden jump in stock price at around 3.00 - 3.15 pm. For both counters, at around the same freaking time !
