x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Thats a difficult target for a stock which has continuous dilution via conversion of shares, the main hurdle is stock has huge amount of shares outside SSH ownership which will make it difficult for going up as there is quick profit taking along the way, for share to jump it needs a considerable amount with ppl who are holding for long, or a BB who scoops up big, else it will contiue one step up and two step down chart, you will find many stocks with the above condition which are trading at pennies.
