As long as the spread is maintain, people will want to convert. But note that if u purchase rights then convert, u only get to own the stocks on 8th Jun. So if anything happens from now till 8th Jun, u cant access to sell. And excess rights are given to ppl who held stocks before 5th May. So if they dunno abt this exercise(old ppl esp), or if they have no more cash or simply just cannot be bothered, they can trade in the secondary market.
