At least they command a goodwill for this. I really puzzle why OCBC have thrown away this company's shares at such a low price. Is something wrong some where??? Again our treasury shares sold at S$2-58. Why? So many questions unanswered. Someone must up with a competitive offer/s. Otherwise majority shareholder will grab this pioneer company at a unreasonable price.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The press release from OX' s results last night is actually very positive on several fronts: (1) Profts up significantly, (2) They launched and have been selling the Gaobeidian project, (3) SG residential sales is picking up  and unsale units are falling, (4) There is a very very strong hint of good news for shareholders during its 10th Anniversary in 2020. ​ Somehow, this OX has a very charmed life - like how they sell out KAP at high prices, the new MRT lines being built near Riverfront and Affinity, the new BKT gardens built near Mayfair, and the Greater Southern Waterfront near Kent Ridge, and now Yandlord buying over UE.
