x 1   x 1  Alert Admin	I really cannot understand? What' s wrong with singing praise? Fundamentally, DBS is very strong. It will remain strong in the foreseeable future. Is rate cuts the end of the world for DBS? DBS does not depend on loans only to make money. Yes, NIM will be affected. But that does not mean it will not make money going forward. Why must I stop being positive about DBS? We have different point of view, that' s all. Unless doomsday comes, I still believe in DBS. My stand. You need not agree.

I' ve made known that I' m holding for super long term. More for passive income rather than capital gain. All the while we know rate cut is going to happen. Not known is when and how many. It is not whether I' ve or have not read extensively. We only just knew there will be 3 rate cutes. However, rate cut or not, CEO mentioned 2024 will not really be affected. I' m not a trader. I see DBS from the perspective of an investor. I' m therefore, not bother by short or medium term price volatility. I didn' t anyhow said things that are not facts. Hence, I don' t see what I posted so far is misleading.  My posts are relevant to other investors like me. Investors and traders will see things differently, that' s for sure. Depending on where you are from, that is no right or wrong.

Target is to increase bank shares to at least 1/2 my portfolio... sitting one side waiting for opportunities again. This is reflected by last week retail investors net buy.
