The old shareholders of Abundance (previously known as Craftprint) have pared down their holdings to below 5%. The incessant selling should end soon. Meanwhile the 3 controlling trio still holds a commanding 72% of the company with a further 79% or about 513 mil Abundance Wrt expiring on 29 Jan 2021 which they have commited to exercise as a show of confidence in the company.  The upwards swing should resume once the selling by the ChanOng completes.   From the half year results PR : The bonds issued by the Company on 31 January 2017 pursuant to the 2017 Rights Issue will mature on 30 January 2021. The principal amount payable on maturity is SGD12,855,000 (US$8.5 million). As a sign of confidence in the Company and to support its working capital requirements, the three largest holders of the bonds have signed a letter confirming their intention to, inter alia, exercise their warrants entitlement in full and to extend new loans (on terms to be mutually agreed between each of them and the Company) to the Company to repay the amount owing by the Company to each of them upon maturity of the bonds.
