x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	These BangaLee market maker playing around SGX MTP rules --- now let daily volume be low like 100 to 200 shares then nearer review date they just pump up few thousand lots to get minimum $40 million MC knowing CPF long time holders cannot buy. After get out watchlist they let share price slack due to ' market force' and most critical is CEO don' t focus on share price (not I say, CEO in reply to shareholders).So smart.

But focus on businesses but then with all the projects they had last year the share price keep on dropping - meaning what ? If Chasen delisted and become pte ltd --- $7 million also hard to secure because there are other relocation specialists pte ltd --- maybe they think customer got no internet access so they don' t know delist by 4 jun 2020 because of MTP especially the CEO say don' t focus on share price.

The have not announced new contract wins for quite some time . That is 86.3 % below NAV ---->   [(22-3)/22]x100 = 86.3% Which counters in SGX have 86% discount to NAV and is or are consider a good stock run by effective management and many invest in it  ? Not saying that good companies cannot price below NAV but Chasen is HUGE discount. CEO contradict Non-Exec Chairman. In 2015 the Non-Exec Chairman stated in AR2015 pg 3  : " The Share Price of our Company has been trading well below the Group&rsquo s Net Asset Value for quite some time aggravated by the lack of trading liquidity in the generally lackluster local stock market. Your Board would concurrently address this issue and that of achieving the Minimum Trading Price policy recently set by SGX over the next few months"     --- NOW 2017 ---- 2 years and the price dipped further to 6.8 cents.
