Even people who ar vested don' t seem to understand many things.  and not to forget the company include a disclaimer ' subject to Digital Life Line& rsquo s ability to obtain approval from the relevant regulatory authority, bundled with a system that is capable of reading the results of ART cassette and accordingly, authenticate and automate the delivery of tampered-free test results to the intended recipients or authorities' ...  Has Disa even apply license for a medical device product before? Not to mention they are now looking at a medical device ' bundled with a system' ..Do you even know what' s the requirement to apply for such license with hsa? Of course they can outsource this to another company. Their ' commercialization' may not necessarily refer to the full process of bringing the product to market.
