x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If I am an optimist and to give them the benefit of the doubt, this announcement was used to disguise an attempt to shore up SCM price. 😆 😂 🤪 The market reaction maybe surprised them cause no one was focusing on the positivity of the impending merger. Kekeke. If I am an optimist that is. I highly doubt so though. Their track records on rescuing local businesses have not encouraging. Internationally they don' t have that kind of cloud to bully.
