Sure they went to Temasek to ask them what price they are comfortable to take up rights. Post merger sure need restructuring of assets here and there. Keppel O& M net negative assets. Somemore Keppel O& M is not making money. Sembmarine burned 700 million plus last year. Keppel and Sembmarine combined the cash burnt don' t know how much. Will there be another rights? I would say 60-70% chance le.
