So likely one USA casino in Tokyo, and Melco and GENS will split Osaka and another 2nd tier city. Then Japan can get the Melco Chinese, GENT SEA markets besides the Yanks - who from my experience do not have the money or guts to bet big at the tables. They usually hoard the slots. So Gens has a higher than average chance - esp in Osaka which focuses on families - and is not Sands strength but GENS forte and playbook. My analysis but am vested.
