x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Please kindly correct me if I' m wrong.  From full year earnings report pg 7, NAV was $0.2921. ( 2 shares x $0.2921 ) + ( 3 rights x $0.08 ) divided by 5 shares = new NAV $0.1648 So Temasek' s mandatory general offer could be close to $0.1648?

At least not after the rights issue even if TH owns more than 50%. The take over if happens will be before the merger. If taken private KC won't be selling KOM. Then would it not drop? After all it jumped up because of this impending sale, even though it's not confirmed

Tuas Mega Port is making progress every day, who will be in the right mind to throw away KOM + SCM  after enduring for the last 7 years and  investing so much in infra structure capex  to take advantage of the New Port location.    If Tuas Mega Port initiatives also cannot make it, Dont need to  think  too much about the future economy already. Anyway, just my observation.
