Checked Sgx announcement .. 207M is 7.05% stake and transacted at $0.12112. Buyer is Frontica Global Employment Limited and deal is done thru' DNB Bank ASA. Note: Since no announcement of any major shareholder divesting, the shares could be bought by DNB thru the open market.. no wonder the price is being supressed as there' s so much collection going on.. DYoDD !

(iii) Frontica Group AS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Akastor AS
(iv) Akastor AS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Akastor ASA. Akastor ASA is publicy listed and traded at the Oslo Stock Exchange in Norway (Last traded 11.00 NOK)
Upstream Entities. Due to the relationships described in Paragraph 9, Frontica Advantage Group AS, Frontica Group AS, Akastor AS and Akastor ASA have deemed interests in the Ezra Shares held by Frontica Global Employment Limited, and are making notifications in respect of increase in their deemed interests in the Ezra Shares held by Frontica Global Employment Limited due to the transaction described in Part IV - Transaction Details, which has resulted in their becoming Substantial Shareholders

Trade with care. Who did DNB Bank ASA bot the shares from? Cannot find any info on it.. It cannot be from the existing substantial share holder or they would also have to make announcement. will it have impact on the liquidity of shares? Anyone got more info to share? |

I think the SGX announcement below is not correct. 20.4% stake in Ezra holdings for 207 million shares ? DNB Bank ASA acquired 20.4% stake in Ezra Holdings Limited (SGX:5DN) for SGD 24.8 million on September 25, 2015. Under the terms of the transaction, DNB Bank acquired 207 million shares of Ezra. DNB Bank ASA completed the acquisition of 20.4% stake in Ezra Holdings Limited (SGX:5DN) on September 25, 2015. |

JAC' s debt problems mounted in recent months after it halted production in December to fix a technical issue amid a collapse in the price of oil and related products.
