x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	SIA is long due to replace CEO Goh when  KPI is questionable  and  lacking leadership.  While shareholder understand listed coy need cut cost drastically and justify performance for coy & shareholdrs during this bad times,  it can b  done wi better due diligence & execution of plan. Some MNC & Nasdaq listed  CEOs even take no pay and some up to 90% cut to  lead by eg,  walk e talk! Retrenching ground employees who hardly earn much is very sad thing to happen(some work there more than 30 years still earning less than $3k) CEO Goh very fortunate to have backings from Temasek all along.  In US, shareholders ' very assertive , articulate' and motion agendas to remove underperforming CEOs in some instance.  Shareholders should ask or raise issues wat is CEO KPIs during AGM. Note that out of the $1b + loss, $430m due to hedges. Where is the accountability? The mtgm are rewarded for excessive risk taking while if any downside like now, he ask shareholders for money. He earned $4.3m last yr. Even with pay cut of 30% and assuming he get less bonus etc, he still be earning around $2.5m?

I know some - they like to boast about their air travels, ask why people only fly economy class and post pictures of travel. And say they have free flights. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Even if Singapore stocks were to rebound within the next 2 quarters, I don' t think SIA will be included because of its baggages. One thing I fail to understand is that SIA continued for the past several years been betting on the wrong side of the fuel hedge. Why was there no investigation to discover the reason and thus be able to implement changes to future hedges. Why no one was being held responsible for the miscalculation? Complacency is everywhere within SIA just because the government through Temasek is holding the bottom. It will not be a surprise to see SIA going below $2.50. Sad to see such a successful corporation is going down the tube.

Not anytime soon. Air lines may be cheap but cheap can be cheaper still over time as long as the virus spread does not dissipate. I have already projected at least 350K daily infection globally from next month onwards and may get out of control mirroring the 1918 to 1920 (2 years period) Spanish Flu which enough to stop air travel for next few months. So lets see how long SIA can withstand the Covid 19 impact before finding ways to cut costs. Fyi, I have just cut losses on my SIA shares. Very painful to have lost 100K. Sometimes, you lose, sometimes you win. This is part and parcel of an investprs' life!! Even the great legend Warren Buffet cut lossess on 4 of his airline stocks and lost at least US$50 billion.

In fact, there must be review to see if some of the mtgm should leave. Why is there no accountability? Prior to covid, SIA already in bad shape.
