x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Haha, I did not say up nor down. All I was saying is GEM should not be an issue at this price level. Sheerluck also pointed out the bondholders which he is correct. If more shares are issued to the bondholders then definitely selling pressure will come in. So look out if new shares are issued. As for GEM, selling is already probably completed by the time new shares are issued. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	At this price level the GEM drawdown will not work. According to the terms of the agreement, the price to GEM is at 10% discount to market. This issued price is adjusted upwards if price moves up. So at $0.01 GEM get shares at $0.009 and making just one bid is just not attractive enough for GEM. Previous draw down was at 10% discount to $0.0257 which means GEM is guaranteef a min profit of $0.00257 which makes sense for GEM. So even if the company wants to exercise the GEM option, I doubt GEM will take up unless price goes above 2 cents.
