You need to give those who just signed on and got the money from Grab time to head to the kopitiam/coffeeshop " taxi drivers' convention" to spread the word that the offer is real and present. As for the CDG contacts, maybe they got them from the National Taxi Association? Just pay them some money to get contacts for sms

Then say extend tomorrow last day, those regret never sign up today will quickly go and sign tomorrow. Also, there is the word of mouth effect from those who signed on and those still wavering on the offer. And the structure of shareholding of CDG is such that it dislikes surprises and are very yield sensitive.
