ok got it. thanks. ------ On 10 April 2012, the Group disposed of its entire equity interest in Enigma, a company incorporated in Malaysia, to Inno-Pacific Holdings Ltd (“Innopac”) for a total consideration of $2,000,000 in the form of 200,000,000 new Innopac shares issued to the Company at $0.01 per share. Upon disposal, Enigma ceased to be a subsidiary of the Group.

LoL was aiming 10cents that's why prepared to wait 1 yr. don't think the charge will be so furious to reach there upon end of the notes conversion.
Are you with the opinion that 10cents and more even with a 1yr time frame also v hard?

IPCO actually should worth more than 10ct in the markets.... but due to this toxic notes.. it has been dragged down... If you dont contra on Ipco, you should see good returns by this year.... enjoy | ||||
