x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Is there a probability that history is repeating again for IPCO that it alway disappoint people. Ever Since CEO Quah and her new management take over, IPCO share dive to the lowest and stay at 2 cents for a long time. From IPCO 2012 annual report, it state there no substantial shareholder as on aug 2012. A company without any substantial shareholder is like a fish without a head. Lol. Very strange.

Especially the already listed, the main concern is to cling on to the cushy position and pay  that does not answer to anyone but can push the blame to everyone.
