Fear of share consolidation kicking in? At current price, 10:1 seems suitable as it can bring it to about 45cts. Then shortists can bring back to ard 20cts again. So likely another 50% dropped in price can be expected. If NC don' t want to meet MTP, then eat humble pie and go catalist also can. NC can tell me if you are willing to sell vessels at discount to save coy or even sell-1-get-1 free also no one wants? |

It is a shame that the BTS that helps propelled NC to its peak has now backfired badly. Unsold vessels mounting up to RM1.9bil. Most of the borrowing are actually used for financing their BTS vessels. Their next note to mature is one year from now but they have RM0.5bil loan payable within a year. How much more BTS construction does NC still have to do before they can stop constructing vessels without contract. Borrowing will continue to increase until then. I believe their operating cashflow from vessels constructed with contract are actually positive but turned very negative becos of financing required for their BTS. So the important questions for me are: - how much more BTS expenses to incur? - how NC going to manage BTS those vessels? - can NC refinance their existing loan when due? Unfortunately nothing were mentioned about these in their QR. |

Honest bosses here at least, clarified their interest and alignment to minority shareholders. However, running out of cash is a fact. Raising equity seems likely, but current situation might not be favourable to them. Let' s see how long they can last. |

Wow. Dropped to 4.1cts and bounced back to 4.8cts. I think BB is playing the 4-5cts range for this one. Wil the coming results change this? |
