x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Actually it has one of the lowest gearing of all the reits at 31.8%. Only Sasseur (28.5%), SPH (30.5%) and Ascendas-i (30%) have lower gearing. All the reits in SG have moved up quite aggressively in the last 1, 2 months. And they have all now entered mini corrections. They will come back up after this. Give them a few weeks. I am staying on for the next couple of quarters and see. Might even add if it drops further. I actually prefer this to CICT, or any SG concentrated reits. Actually I don' t believe office space will be severely cut. I have asked a number of people. All dying to go back to office, at least for a few days a week. Human are social animals. You won' t want to be cooped up at home, where you are isolated and no life-work boundary. Some countries the housing space can be small. I am quite sure you won' t want to WFH all the time.
