If they want to short it down they can easy drop this to back to 0.088-0.90 levels, but even with the " selling" , this is still at 0.094-0.095 levels.  The answer is pretty clear. They are waiting for right time to break the levels. NAV is 0.090 before this quarter earnings release, just saying.
