FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PRECAST CONCRETE COMPONENTS The Board of Directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo ) of GRC Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo ) is pleased to announce that the Company&rsquo s wholly-owned subsidiary, CES-Precast Pte. Ltd., has been awarded a contract valued at approximately S$21.6 million (the &ldquo Contract&rdquo ) by Expand Construction Pte. Ltd.. The Contract pertains to the supply and delivery of precast concrete components for building works located at Admiralty Lane, Singapore. The supply period under the Contract is expected to span approximately 15 months, with deliveries scheduled to commence in July 2026. The Contract is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Company for the current financial year ending 30 June 2026. None of the Directors, and to the best of the Board&rsquo s knowledge, none of the controlling or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract, other than through their respective shareholdings and/or directorships in the Company. In terms of order book, it' s larger than Soilbuild. Market cap is smaller also at only 300m with an order book of 3 billion. It' s a joke a current price. I expect it to have a power run to 35 cent like soil build once the analysts start writing about it.
