x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Summary of the 3 EC plots currently sold: Sumang Walk:  583psf Canberra Link:  558psf Anchorvale Crescent:  576psf These are the 3 cheapest land plots in sg and are EC plots.  Analysts expect an average selling price of 1100psf.  While we can be more conservative and expect ASP of 10xxpsf, that still means that new mass market launches should average 12xxpsf min.  Parc Botannia' s ASP is 1285psf for the first 60% and they should still be able to sell the remaining 40% at > 12xxpsf average.  even if ultimately, the average is brought down to 1245psf (worst case scenario), we are still looking at EPS of 34c for this project alone.
