I am not a shortist, i dont even know how to do that, the only reason i post here is to save retail uncle aunties from losing their hard earn money. This creative/ aggreesive accounting i can smell it since 2 yrs ago. It all stsrted when they go into the " franchisee" model When you book a revenue, something must go to your assets. For YZ case, it will be either trade receivables or Investment in equity( for non cash revenue). Trade receiable write off 16.8m Investment in equity auditor cannot verify because the valuation is very subjective. I believe they value it very aggressively using best case " assumption figures" . Do note that this YZ got not much assets besides their " investment" , if this is being write down. This will really become paper stock. |

1. Create a nice story 2. Convince public to believe the story, if don't work then 3. Confuse them with big numbers and more stories, still don't work... 4. Condemn and say people just don't understand their business and their valuation, finally time is running out better 5. Confess their sins and face the consequenses Me not bad right, also know how to tell stories.

In case people have forgotten, YUUZOO was down 2.4 Singapore cents or 12 per cent to S$0.176 on Thursday at 12.42 pm, after its auditors, Moore Stephens LLP, in its finalised auditors' report included a disclaimer of opinion over the firm' s audited FY15 consolidated financial statements. It said that it " (has) not been able to obtain sufficient appropriate audit evidence to provide a basis for an audit opinion" . It cited as issues the lack of comparable business models, the lack of an operating track record, and the sensitivity of the valuation models to underlying parameters. Cannot mislead, try to confuse instead.. |

Anybody want to hazard a guess why debt-free? Honestly, last time I also think no debt is gooood. No need to scare bankers/credits wind up the company cos they cannot pay interest, cannot obtain refinancing ... but now I' m beginning to wonder is it because nobody dare to lend after looking at the cash-burn rate and interest coverage ratio. Probably that' s why millions of shares are issued to funds so that they get access to cash .... Anyways, I' m no longer vested (no long no short), just hope those interested DYODD.
