x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Your account is completely true and correct.   J can unleash painful punishment on T, and the misery would filter down to shareholders as well when the price is shorted down.   That 46 million shares that J has can be lent and used to short the stock down, and J will have to pay 46 million shares multiplied by the difference between 50 cents and 7 day average price at end October to T.   If price difference is 40 cents, T would have to cough up $18.4 milliion.     If price remains at 25 cents at the window period, T would need to pay J $11.5 million.     So doing some massive selling at the right time would reap huge sums of money for J, and literally bankrupt T who can' t even pay the $7million.   And that $7million cash has not been settled yet, has it?  But all this is unimportant to the long term shareholder who is looking at the value of stock, and not price manipulation over the short term due to domestic quarrels. amlithiumpower      ( Date: 22-Sep-2017 08:45) Posted: Hi, I do agree with you that the settlement deal will be a short term distraction to the overall performance of the company. If Jonathan think in this way, 46m shares set aside for the long term play. Using the seized shares to offload at the market to ensure he get the best margin of difference for part c of the deal, he will not lose a single cent in the part b as he will get back his entire $7m. If after 24 Oct 17, AM performs with the trend of lithium wave, Jonathan would be the biggest winner by having the 46m shares, obtain cash of $7m or equavalent of shares (if SP lower, he can transfer more shares to him) and a big ang bao on the 24 Oct 17 of the difference. If you are in his position, wouldn' t you do the same thing? Ha... The only thing I can confirm is AM is a solid company that allow him to spend time and legal resources to go all the extend for it. (Good news for the long term investors here) However, the twist to this development is the final negotiation of Burwill offtake which Tawana has no involvement. If fundamentally involved the Bald Hills in the negotiation, I believe Tawana would be jointly in talks aas well. The only difference between Tawana and AM is this Jonathan Saga. Anyway, what has passed had passed. Now the focus here is the development till 24 Oct 17 to see what further news does Jonathan and CEO have in stall for us. Definitely, it will have wide volatility going ahead but rest assured that as long as there is lithium in the ground, it will be a bright future for all holders in 2018. CEO has not much to lose in making such an settlement agreement. The conspiracy theory about JL wanting to punish Tj by intentionally pushing down the price - does not stand on its feet. Don' t forget JL do hold 46m shares in AMAL - does he really want to push the price down. He' s a shrew businessman afterall. Illustration. If I owe & am supposed to pay someone $100. I propose to pay him $50 in cash and $50 in shares (10 shares@$5) - which he cannot sell immediately. The current price of the stock is $2 and I agree to cover the difference if the stock price do not reach $5 by end of year. Scenario 1 - by end of year, stock price is $5 or more. All good. I pays $50 in cash and $50 in stock ($20 from original stock, $30 from gain in stock) Scenario 2 - by end of year, stock price is still $2. I pays $50 in cash, $20 in stock, another $30 in cash - which is what I was supposed to pay anyway if there' s no agreement on strike price. But I delay $30 payment until end of the year, better cashflow. IMHO, that personal saga is nothing but personal and does not really impact the business at all. All Tj needs to do is to continue to drive the business properly and make sure that ultimately the SP rises - which is what all businessman will want anyway. Don' t spend too much time pondering over it - not worth your brain cells. It is just a side show that distracts everyone. Focus on the business. As long as AMAL/TAW delivers the shipment to Burwill and generate the revenue and profits, the share price will recover and scale new heights.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I felt exactly the same way, shareholders are not being informed of the actual circumstances and the true facts are hidden.   T would never agree to the 46mln share transfer if it is just a " personal" loan, it doesn' t look like one.   What it looks like is a partnership to set up AMA, therefore the initial investment of $7mln by J is being settled by 46 mln shares (@50cents) plus $7mln.     This is so obvious that one becomes suspicious of the stories being told, they do not ring of the truth.   At best only a bit is brought to light, the rest is completely hidden from innocent shareholders who suffered the tremendous drop in price.   And yes, what were T' s terms that caused J to reject them, and therefore trigger the seizure of shares to be sold for the $7mln cash?   T tells a little, hides the most important bit.    sheerluck      ( Date: 22-Sep-2017 19:14) Posted: Indeed the " official" status of that loan should be " personal loan" after Feb 2012.   But initially Tjandra said that JL apporached Tjandra to claim his share of AMAL is an opportunitics move.   So how can JL even approach Tjandra to claim anything on AMAL since in 2012 that loan is already a personal loan to Tjandra?   The revelation of JL' s loan to Tjandra is personal came only after those July The Edge articles. And the series of revelaton of events starting from the Apr 2017 agreement is one of the strangest I have seen.   Tjandra transferred LWMA' s 46.1 mill shares (priced at 32cts then) to JL which is not to repay the loan.   Tjandra claimed so that can close the case amicably but why the need to do so?   Those shares at that time is worrth $14mil, more than enough to repay JL' s A$7mil loan.   Worse, Tjandra agreed to condition that he has no control. agreeing to pay the difference between 50cts and VWAP of the price 7 days proir to 24 Oct if 50cts is no reached by then.   So it ends up JL is guaranteed $23mil for nothing becos those are not even to repay that A$7mil. These two are hidding something from the public.   It may be between them but that 46.1 shares transfer tagged with insane agreed minimum 50cts price condition which is not even for repaying that A$7mil loan is highly questionable. So it between TJ and JL.Does NOT involve AMAL.But then TJ's shares in AMAL was sized ... becos he didn't pay 💰 JL as promised. Did I miss anything
