It' s all very confusing CPI , who is behind this index who decide the marking ? Can some one enlighten me? Sometime back in 2007/8 the Rating agency Moody, standard and poor and their word are like god in the financial word, suddenly we have all these subprime event and we find that they are all wrong and very wrong . so about CPI what is it. Also about 911 ,have you seen youtube ,I don' t know who to believe.

Hopefully crude oil can stabilise around $80 next year. People are forming queues to grab MYR probably showing that general sentiments on the streets are thinking that MYR may not be so low for long & betting on a recovery and sell for profits later. If there are no queues then i will be rather scared means ple think there are more downside to the ringgit. Tiobo? More than 15years ago msia garmen chut hands to peg MYR to USD and effectively killed off the shortists speculation that triggered the asian currency crisis that led to 2008 AFC. Hopefully the garmen now are more alert. I think that time it reached SGD100 to MYR280 i cant remember the exact figure? I have checked the malaysian fengshui consultant master louis loh, who said properties will be the first to kena next year, but there is limited downside as the "wood" industry will do well in the year of the goat. That means any slide in prices is a good opportunity to buy cos in the long run longterm investors with DEEP pockets will still stand to gain. Speculators with shallow pockets will suffer. Master loh did not mention any collapse in msia, but mkt will be quiet thus shortage of foreign investments will definitely hit on its economy. Master loh mentioned that for these few years many countries printed $ to tackle the shortage of monies. But without strong economic recovery to support these QEs, their economies are actually rather frail. Banks will raise interest rates next year, loans will get harder to approve. Next year will be a hot year with little rainfall those in agri biz have to be careful. Master loh particularly mentioned in the west side, US and england will have to be extra cautious best to avoid. Lucky star 财 星 will be in the north side like North europe will do v well in 2015. Though russia seems to be in crisis but it is a large country plus strong leadership it wont be affectes much in 2015. Countries in northeast may get temporary relief such as japan, korea etc though their longterm probs cant get solved yet, but employment rates will improve. East side will get 贵 人 星 means china will get alot of assistances.

By the way, their economy grew by abt 6% for the first nine mths of 2014. RM is down now due to sliding oil prices n speculative short positions are building up. But BN has warned against this. Who knows, they might impose currency control again to protect the RM. It does not necessarily follow that they will not do well next yr. Unless another major Asian crisis occurs, which we too will probably not be spared, Malaysia' s economy is more likely to continue growing next yr. Anyway, we are no experts to make a meaningful assessment. So, shall we just leave it at that?

20+years ago RM was 1.5+ to $1 sing. Two decades later, malaysia is still growing and people are still building and investing ... Opportunities or crisis depends on which phase you are in .. Life will still go on for average joe .. | ||||

Ofcos your mouth smelly. U are condemning iskandar becos its in opposition hands and saying whoever has investments in it will get slaughtered. That are big words, boy. Better dont say things so sure as if you can predict future so accurately.

Whether gov will kill iskandar devt or not i dunoe. Its just yur speculation. So u are saying iskandar will be a flop then many foreign investors will be losing alot monies in iskandar projects?
