The confusion arose because all my trading settlement acct. (contract payments and receipts) were executed through EPS in OCBC acct, hence I had not checked my POSB acct which was dormant for awhile. Bottom line is that SGX' s system of crediting dividend remains impeccable. I have received a form to reassign dividend payment to my bank acct for settlement of contracts.   Hope this is helpful to Barracudas.

Hmm.. my first time encounter and just wondering....a std SOP, so must by my bad luck!.

Essentially, all the EPS from Q1 and Q2 will now be recorded in Q2 instead... hence, Q2 result will be very interesting indeed. High Park Residence contribution should be  coming in as well....not sure about fulcrum though...

The Group will continue to leverage on the momentum to clear the remaining units of High Park Residences in the coming months. As for Fulcrum, this project was recently relaunched and has recorded 30.5% overall sales from 13.2% before the relaunch. To replenish its land banking in Singapore, the Group has recently acquired a private residential site at New Upper Changi Road/Bedok South Avenue 3. Subject to the then market conditions, the Group has scheduled for the debut of this project in 1H2017. The Group will continue to participate in the tender of public housing projects. At the end of 1Q2016, the Group&rsquo s construction order book stood at $507.3 million. In Australia, we have sold all townhouses of Williamsons Estate, a suburban project located in Doncaster, Melbourne. The apartments of this project, known as Willow Apartments, was launched in 1Q2016 and to-date, 23.6% have been sold. The settlement of the Victoria Street site was completed in May 2016. Apart from Williamsons Estate and Tower Melbourne, the Group has another two land parcels in Melbourne - South Melbourne and Northcote.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	HPR is around 96% sold.... by year end, should be close to 100% sold.... EPS = ~ 20 cents... Because of the economies of scale (e.g. marketing, construction, etc), EPS might turn out to be much higher....

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I' ve always thought, n in fact, noted a number of times, that during downturns, part of the formula for rejuvenation was stoke up constn.  But last yr, constn was especially low-keyed, coming in at < 20bil in value if my memory still functions.  That' s abt 30% less that what I used to know abt constn values in this country.  I think part of the decline was probably attriibutable to the dreadful private property sector where projects have probably scaled down a lot (maybe too much).  Hopefully, this yrs we do get to see some more upbeat figures.  To me, the economy certainly can do with a better kickstart from constn.  Now for CES specifics.  It still has ongoing public-sector (HDB) projects to sustain it for the next 12 mths at least.  But hopefully, public bousing does get a lift too n CES does win some tenders to replenish its order bk.  But it was also probably also adversely impacted by the pte property sector which had resulted in its not having ongoing projects for a while.  HP Residence was a project that came on stream not too long ago, but shd add io its constn rev for a few more qtrs.  Then the next project coming on stream is the newly acquired land in the Bedok area.  But that is slated for launch only in nearly a yr' s time.  So, constn cld still continue to be a not-so-bright spot for CES for a while.  ecekca      ( Date: 08-May-2016 20:12) Posted: let it break it low of 0.57, then maybe can consider looking into this since construction sector would be glooomy waters      ( Date: 08-May-2016 14:00) Posted: CHIP ENG SENG CORPORATION LTD (" CES" ) Co. No. 199805196H 63.35% publicly owned.  NAV @ 31/12/15 : 120.50 cents NAV @ 31/3/16 : 120.68 cents EPS for FY 15 : 10.11 cents EPS for 1Q 2016 : 0.13 cents Dividend of minimum of 4 cents per share maintained over last 5 years.     At share price of approx 65 cents, dividend yield is approx 6.15% Loans & Borrowings @ 31/12/15 : $858.702m Loans & Borrowings  @ 31/3/16 : $823.273m Total equity @ 31/12/15 : $742.967m Total equity @ 31/3/16 : $745.929m Loans & Borrowings / total equity @ 31/12/15 : 115.6% Loans & Borrowings / total equity @ 31/3/16 : 110.4%   The construction is a challenging industry as an costs overruns will be disastrous.   However, as seen in CES track record, I believe they have their budgets accurately forecasted and controlled which is key to profitability.   Attended the 2016 Budget Seminar last month, Selena Ling from OCBC mentioned the construction sector is one of the bright areas for economic growth this year and maybe next but the pace will be slowed.   With construction being a major source of revenue and profits for CES, this may not be good.   As CES projects are completed, it needs more projects to sustain itself and the competiton is keen.   A plus point is CES have been active in Australia which diversify its earnings profile.   CES have also started its foray into local hospitality sector with its maiden hotel opened last year.   However, its maiden year is a loss.   I refer to its 2015 annual report page 132 which reported the hospitality segment reported $5.841m in loss before tax.   CES would need to secure more projects for its share price to fly again.
