At stake here is a company with property assets of 38Billion USD. Jardine group already owns 50% of HK land. it would only cost them 9B to acquire another 19B worth of assets that generates a cashflow income of 800M USD annually.

I would expect them to say that their investment income from their HK office portfolio has not been affected due to long term leases locked in since the start of the year.

Dividend payout should be unchanged from last year at 16USD cents a share or 17 USD cents if the profit turns out much better than expected
