One very experienced trader told me. Watch the volume traded T+3 to T+6.

I f the volume was normal average of 2 to 5 millions per day,

Then it can be  concluded that the trading on (T)7/6 , (111.5M)   was all opportunistic buying/selling,

coming especially from the house. Just   a lot of flipping. It also means no dumping or collection

If volume remains low, can confirmed no BB involved.

But if the volume spike up and stay high, then it' s hard to read. Need further analysis.

There  were very little short yesterday. The selling were probably from those subscribed to the rights issues at 3.1 cents.

bro, your optimistic view has been voiced when it was trading at 18 cents, some ppl even post a picture of a rocket to represent addvalue tech.

Just look at the history of failed deal: 2008.. same thing happened and 2009 the deal was called off.. share price tanked and stay low for another 2-3 years before this China so called " good news" appeared.

Is anybody' s guess.

This is one of the M& A deals in 2012:- One division in the target company was doing similar products as Addvalue. They are also Inmarsat approved partner like Addvalue.
" Cobham Acquires Thrane & Thrane (May &ndash $445 million)
      British defense equipment manufacturer Cobham secured a recommended 275 million British pound ($445 million) takeover bid for Danish satellite telecommunications manufacturer Thrane & Thrane. Investors want to see real money coming in first. China company please sign contract and put down at least 10% first, then can punt this stock up and down. For now, everyone is skeptical

I mean if they annouce the deal is off  within the next  4 mths, knee jerk reaction would be sell off right?

Or do u feel that the price will not be affected if any day within the 4 mths, they halt and annouce deal is off?

LTD (THE " COMPANY" ) OF THE ENTIRE ORDINARY SHARE CAPITAL OF ITS
WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY, ADDVALUE COMMUNICATIONS PTE LTD
( " AVC" ), CONSTITUTED BY 1,100,000,000 ORDINARY SHARES HELD BY THE
COMPANY (THE " AVC SHARES" ) TO Glorious Tiancheng (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (THE
" BUYER" ) FOR CASH (THE " DISPOSAL" )

Reference is made to the announcement made by the Company on 25 March 2014
in connection with the conditional sale and purchase agreement the Company
entered into with the Buyer on 24 March 2014 concerning the Disposal (the " S & P
Agreement " ) and the various announcements made subsequently by the Company

some ppl may say from 3.1 cents to 6 cents is so little, BBs earn wat??

But dun forget 3.1 cents to 6 cents is almost 100% profit..

So BBs has already earn at least 3 times...

March 2014 (China  company buying)  (6 cents to 18 cents = 300%)

2016 (One belt one road)  (5 cents to 9 cents = 80%)

2016 (China company buying again)  (3.1 cents to 6 cents  = 100%)

Total profit almost 500%...

If u buy now and hope the deal will materialise in 4 mths time. The risks are 2 folds.

1st.. if the authority decides to investigate this dodgy deal, the share will be suspended etc and the share price may tank to it' s NTA of 1 cent

OR

2nd.. if the BBs decide that is time to pack up and go before the authority investigate, they will say after 4 mths, the deal is officially off and hell will break lose, share price will easily tank towards NTA of 1 cent.

 

For the last 3 rounds, each time the small investors are the one who lost. 1st round, many kana stuck at 16-18 cents in 2014. 2nd round many kana stuck at 7-9 cents in beginning of 2016.

3rd round (just 2 days ago), many kana stuck at 5.5 to 6 cents.

I think if the all these innocent investors must pray that the BBs do not pack up and go, if not share price tank towards NTA of 1 cents, then really cry until no tears.

All these are my personal observation, u can choose to ignore my comments.

Very easy.

Let me tell u how it works based on my observation.

It all started in 2014 when share price was trading around 6-7 cents for a long period of time. I assume there are some syndicate or BBs collecting at this price range.

Then in March 2014, came the annoucement of the buying of the assets by the China company which value the assets at 25cents/share.

Share price shoot up to 18 cents with MANY RETAIL INVESTORS buying and hoping it would go up to 25 cents. Those retail investors i believe are still holding and some of them will come to this forum shouting " good to hear" things and said " chiong chiong chiong"

I think by this time, the syndicate or BBs have started offloading and the share price slowly tank... until it dropped back to 5-6 cents. So BBs earn (buy 6 cents, sell 15-18 cents) while retail investors lose (buy 15-18 cents, share price tanked to 5-7 cents)

The share price stayed at 5-7 cents for a long period of time. Then came the " one belt one road" annoucement, again related to China. Share price then chiong to 8- 9 cents with MANY RETAIL INVESTORS believing the story. Strangely enough, selling started immediately whent the share price chiong to 8.x cents. I suspect this time again, the syndiate selling again while retail investors buying. AGAIN, BBs earn (buy 5-6 cents, sell 8-9 cents) while retail investors lose (buy 8-9 cents, share price tanked to 3-5 cents)

Then company announced right issue at 3.1 cents, share price drop to 3.1 cents and stay there for a few months. Strangely enough, just when it seems bleak, the annoucement that the China company may be interested to buy at a reduce price came recently. Again, share price chiong to 6 cents with many retail investors chasing the shares thinking this time is real. But share price start dropping once it touched 6 cents back to 3.9 cents today. Again, syndicate earn (buy 3-4 cents, sell 5-6 cents) while retail investors lose (buy 5-6 cents, share price tanked to 3.9 cents).

Along the way u have some supporters coming to this thread and shout huat har, chiong har etc.. Some retail investors reading this thread will be excited on hearing such euphoric and good to hear news and buy while BBs dump. These supporters if u notice only come in and shout huat har, chiong har when then share price just started to chiong, making retail investors very excited.

Just my observation.
