x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Most directors have their shares leverage in one way or another.   Usually they use bank money on their personal accounts, unless all they have is solid cash notes hidden below sleeping pillows, hahaha, then they don't need to use bank money for overdrafts, property mortgages, mistress' costly gift items, flashy cars and so forth and so forth.   In net worth most of them are millionaires but since they could likely use leverage to make more money, there is a danger if share prices plunges and their assets dwindled down from 100 million dollars to 20 million dollars, and they owed 10 million dollars.   The bank also kiasu will call them to top up the difference between current value and previous value in which the bank granted the advances.   So it is commonly known as margin call. Funds have money but they are managed in such a ways to prevent too much risks.   Because sunmoon sellers continue to load the sell side, whenever the funds (if there are doing it) buy and buy they will at some point exhaust the limit to buy.   So cannot finish buying.   Hahaha. Consolidate means to bundle a few shares to become one share, and use the post consolidated share as the new share to trade with a new price (usually the sum of the previous price X the number used to consolidate the shares. Eg if   the consolidation is 10 to 1, then 10 lots will become 1 lot of share. If for example sunmoon consolidate this way, the old 10 lots of sunmoon will become 1 lot of new sunmoon.   Thus the price traded for the new sunmoon will be 20 to 30 pips from the current 2 pips to 3 pips.   Understand?   wendel      ( Date: 31-Oct-2013 13:52) Posted: What's a margin call? But because of the huge number of shares in issue, fund managers also cannot finished buying if they wanted to.   Most likely they may think of consolidation. If that is the case, it might be very good, or very bad depending on the profitability as time passes.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Worst case is that there is no buyer, and sellers selling at 0.001. Even though the price can't go under 0.001, you can't sell any of your share. This happened to Digiland for few months, until recently, there are buyers queuing at 0.001 again.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Right, I also felt it this way.   The only thing is the big block that is sitting there.   I think belongs to the director (Mr. Gary)   or his spouse, as they held 65% of the shares and should want to get some money back.
