x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If the company is not having a good future, why do the major shareholder wanted to increase their and take it private. They shouldered all the debt if not doing well. Why would a international fund SCB want to take up a big portion of the shares? The infrastructure investments are blooming in Asia espacially with the huge support from Belt Route Initiative, AIIB. Tat Hong being the leader in South Eastpoint Asia and Austria will be the first to benefit from all these. On the other hand, by partnering a huge international fund to takeover the minority shareholders, who may be with you since IPO, is an ugly act to do business.
