The form content look complicated as they are written in " contract term" english but not professional enough. during my discussion with my friend , he cites the addresses location of the noble group office (Bermuda) and Noble Investors Limited (Cayman Islands) as doubtful . I hope we will continue to post here if we have any new and accurate information pertaining to this matter. This whole turn of events at Noble Group is causing a lot of headache to many retail shareholders, especially those who are not computer savy.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Correct. This was what was happening from what I understand. Old Noble 1.33B shares, 20%, Some debt convert to equity 5.32B, 80%. Total Old Noble 6.65B shares. After which, they do a 10 to 1 share consolidation. That is where you get the 1 new Noble shares for every 10 Old Noble shares. So now total share is around 665 million. Hope it make sense..
