Why not come out money than selling shares? This is an Estate, not as simple as one person owing the shares I am happy that they issue a statement that they are on a position to increase their stake to trigger mandatory takeover but avoided at this stage. So dun F around with . If u serious, offer fairly. Dun take advantage of a recent deceased Estate. Based on the announcement by Dyna-Mac on Friday, 11 October 2024, Dyna-Mac has 73,043,220 warrants outstanding, which are exercisable into 73,043,220 new shares at an exercise price of SGD0.15. The deadline for exercise of these warrants is 5.00pm on Tuesday, 22 October 2024 (the &ldquo Warrant Exercise Deadline&rdquo ). The Estate holds a number of the abovementioned warrants. It shows punters bet on collapes of 1st offer  And weak holders followed, seeing no new developments and prolong 630 - 635 range trading.    However, Friday afternoon reversal also showed what steely DM supporters could do to flip the shorty boat.
