He cannot leverage on his position, if any.  I think there is a lot of hope and expectation from the Mr. Market that the new management lead by Mr. Goh can deliver, more so when the company is reporting excpetional revenue growth Q on Q, Year on Year mainly coming from Oil Trading business. Op top of that, the talk on getting into new busienss, new ideas...etc colectively can called it " Concept" However, the truth is the company is still not profitable so the " Concept" is not working, thene SGX is getting them into Watchlist hence get sold down rutherlessly. Mr. Market is saying show me your hand, get yourself profitable first, don' t drum more ideas.
