And DeClout, why do you think they chose to remain in the Catalist board, whereby their subsidiary is listed on the mainboard? They already engineered the  DeClout to go below 20 cents. I remembered when DeClout issue rights at 11 cents, the stock drop all the way to 11.5 cents before climbing up to breach 30 cents. So, apparently you may be right. You bring in small companies... then only one or two BB interested... and they demand for sky high premium..either all private placement or low cost pre-IPO shares then they sell to retail at high price on IPO... Procurri not that obvious and supposed to be quite big.. Katrina and Advancer more obvious... Retail kena stuck... they stop trading...  If you bring in large companies... the really big ones...
