x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	You have to pay to subscribe for the rights.  For 5 shares you can purchase 1 right at 0.33c.  So, your entitlement is 1600 rights x 0.33 = $528.00    If you don' t pay for it, the rights will lapse and you will get nothing.  It is not free, just discounted shares.
