I don' t see what happened so far as news, more like speculations.. not until someone has found the evidences that BWL has committed some frauds or made some false statements about colluding with ChangSha Best. However, I found this news more interesting. If BWL dares to sue Bonitas, it will have to open its books for inspection of the Courts and we will get to knowmore insider news unless the Courts try to protect BWL and keep everything secret and confidential.

Sgx is not going to find any legal issue of franchise model. Told you, the model is legal but only some franchisees and sales reps jumped over the rules and doing mlm. So the Group is still safe from legal point of view. | ||||
