Since 95% - 0.7566 100% - 0.796 My version of calculations: Final Price: 895.55m Est Performance fees: 14.7m (from AGM after circular given to unitholders) Est debt: 233.9m No of shares: 811.4m Net price: (895.55 - 14.7 - 233.9)/ 811.4 = approx 0.80 before 5% retention. Special distribution to be returned to unitholder: 95% of 0.80 - 0.76 Moreover, unitholder should be paid the dividends for last quarter of 2018 some speculated to be ard 1 cent per unit. According to those attended last  AGM, most likely will get back most of the 5% if rht is unable to meet requirements for new listing in 1 year time.    However, these are  just speculative figures using estimates released by RHT previously.
